Is Metro TempPak a fully integrated solution?

Yes. Metro TempPak is a fully integrated Front and Back Office Solution. Applications are entered once, and all necessary Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger entries are made internally within the system.

Can I outgrow Metro TempPak?

No. Metro TempPak will accommodate companies that operate in multiple cities, or even multiple states. Metro Temppak will be with you for a long time.

What about training?

Metro TempPak comes with 3 days of on-site training, and the only additional costs are our travel and accommodations. Additional training days are available at a reduced rate.

What happens during the training?

Before our personnel arrive, the software is loaded on your system, and we'll get you started setting up your basic files. When your trainer arrives, he or she will spend time analyzing your current information, and training your personnel on-line. We don't run any mock or dummy payrolls, and your first set of checks and invoices will be run while one of our trained professionals is still there. By using this method, you'll be up and running on the TempPak system as quickly as possible.

What about a monthly support fee?

Metro TempPak requires very little support due to its user friendly nature. However, phone support is available at a nominal hourly rate, plus actual cost of the phone bill.
